Arthi Padmanabhan - Manager, ISSC
Arthi Padmanabhan manages the day-to-day
operations of IQ’s India Shared Service Center (ISSC). In this role
she is responsible for ensuring the quality and timely processing of
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other transactions.
Prior to IQ, Arthi worked at GE Capital
International Services, one of the largest outsourcing companies in
India. She assumed a leadership role as Process Developer, reporting
directly to the Assistant Vice President of Accounting.
Additionally, she led projects to transition key accounting
processes (including Accounts Payables) from the US to GE’s India
operations. Arthi also holds a Masters Degree in Commerce (Commerce
being the equivalent of Business and Accounting in the US).
