Kim previously served at IQ BackOffice for over ten years, leading Global Operations and Client Services, demonstrating a remarkable track record of success. She was instrumental in driving revenue expansion, refining sales strategies, and cultivating strong customer relationships during her tenure. Her leadership in optimizing business processes and executing innovative strategies significantly improved operational performance.
